City & Country sets new record at the WhatHouse? Awards 2023
In a resounding testament to its commitment to excellent design, quality and innovation, leading heritage and new homes housebuilder City & Country has emerged triumphant at this year’s prestigious WhatHouse? Awards – the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry.
The City & Country team clinched an impressive sweep of awards on Friday, confirming its status as industry leading. As well as winning Silver for Best Medium Housebuilder in the UK, most impressively City & Country will now go down in history as the first ever housebuilder to take a clean sweep in the Best Renovation Category – claiming Bronze, Silver and Gold!
Collecting a total of seven awards on the evening, other wins for City & Country included Gold for Best Luxury House, Bronze for Best Exterior Design and Silver for Best Public Realm.
City & Country’s Managing Director Wayne Douglas said: “We were totally blown away by the multiple wins we have received at the WhatHouse? Awards this year – which are renowned to be some of the toughest awards to win due to the sheer volume of very high-quality entries.
