The City & Country team clinched an impressive sweep of awards, confirming its status as industry leading. A hat-trick at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards!

We celebrated a dual triumph in the Best Conversion category with Highly Commended for The Kitchen Yard at The 1840, St George’s Gardens, while the ultimate winner in this category was The Engine House at King Edward VII Estate. We were also awarded Best Out of London Home for The Lakehouse North at St Osyth Priory.
