We’re pleased to announce a momentous achievement in customer recommendation scores. In 2025, City & Country achieved an outstanding 97.3% score, the highest annual result in the company’s history.

In-House Awards, organised by In-House research, measure customer satisfaction following the purchase of their new home. Results are based entirely on verified homeowner feedback, and the awards recognise developers that consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

 

This milestone not only reflects the strength of our commitment to quality and service at City & Country, but also earns the business an In-House Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction.

 

This score is a glowing endorsement from homeowners across our developments including The 1840 in Wandsworth, Factory No.1 in Bristol, Manningtree Park in Manningtree, alongside Sanderling Reach in West Mersea and Burderop Park in Swindon. These results reflect our continued ethos of delivering homes to the highest standard, while ensuring an outstanding customer journey from initial interest, through reservation and sale to aftercare.

A standout contributor to this year’s success was The 1840, which was recognised with the Best Development Award. This heritage conversion development in Wandsworth achieved an exceptional Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82.9%, placing the development firmly in the top tier of customer satisfaction. NPS is a key benchmark for measuring customer loyalty and the likelihood of recommendation, making this score a remarkable indicator of the positive experience homeowners have had at The 1840.

 

Adding to this success, the now sold-out Burderop Park achieved a 100% recommendation rate throughout the year.
