I am the Customer Care & Design Manager at City and Country. With over 35 years of experience in construction, design & Quality management.  I am committed to ensuring that every interaction you have with us is positive and productive.  My team and I are here to help you with any questions, concerns, or feedback you may have.  We will strive to provide prompt, efficient, and personalised service to meet your needs and expectations.  My role encompasses quality inspections at various stages of the build process, home demonstrations, and providing customers with an aftercare service for two years after completion, responding to any defects or concerns that may arise.

Tony Overington – Customer Care Manager

I am the Customer Care Manager at City and Country. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and support, I am committed to ensuring that every interaction you have with us is positive and productive. I’m passionate about delivering a seamless and positive experience for every customer, from the moment they engage with us through to the completion of their journey.

My role spans quality inspections at the end of the build process, home demonstrations, and a comprehensive two-year aftercare service, ensuring that any defects or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. I lead a dedicated team committed to providing honest, efficient, and personalised support at every stage.

As a Senior Customer Care Coordinator, I bring over six years of dedicated experience in the customer service sector for property developments. I will be your main point of contact from Legal completion all the way through your 2 year warranty period. I am based in the project office on site which allows me to meet customers face-to-face, providing a more personal and effective customer service experience. My commitment to customer care is driven by a genuine desire to assist people to the best of my ability, ensuring they receive an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey with us. This hands-on approach ensures that customer care is both personal and responsive, reflecting City and Country’s commitment to exceptional service post-completion.

Georgie McBurney – Senior Customer Care Coordinator

As your dedicated Customer Care Coordinator, we’re here to ensure your transition into your new home is as smooth as possible. Providing customers with an aftercare service for two years after completion, in conjunction (or as well as) responding to any defects or concerns that may arise, we also play an active role in quality inspections and Home demonstrations. We are your first point of contact if you have any questions or concerns related to your new home and will liaise with you to arrange for any issues to be rectified. Whether it’s understanding how to operate the heating thermostat or figuring out which day the recycling bin arrives, we are here to provide the answers.

Florin Silitra – Customer Care Operative
