First Public Consultation
This event has taken place
FIND OUT MOREBramshill House is a stunning Grade I Listed Mansion, built in the early 17th Century and is set within a Grade I Listed park, with commanding views of the surrounding countryside.
A Public Planning Inquiry was held for the applications on this site, which closed in February 2018 and in January 2019 we received news that our application to turn Bramshill House into a single dwelling had been approved, whilst the other applications were not approved.
We have since appointed a new consultant team to take the feedback from the Inquiry and produce a new set of proposals for Bramshill Park.
The first Public Consultation event was held on 20 October 2014 at V&A Centre, Hartley Wintney.
The purpose of this event was to introduce City & Country and our Consultant Team. There were no plans available at this stage as we were still collecting the aspirations and concerns from key stakeholders to then inform the future of the site.
The second Public Consultation event was held on 5 March 2015 at V&A Centre, Hartley Wintney.
The purpose of this event was to present our initial ideas for the site to the local community and let us have any feedback.
The third Public Consultation event was held on 20 May 2017 at Bramshill House.
The purpose of this event was to let the local community view our proposals for the site and let us have any feedback ahead of submission of the application.
The fourth Public Consultation event was held on 19 July 2017 at Bramshill House.
This Information Session took place to provide the local community with an opportunity to view the submitted proposals.
