City & Country’s ‘Why Invest in Edinburgh?’ event, in partnership with Savills, proved a huge hit with buyers
On the 7th March 2022, over 30 delegates joined City & Country at The Playfair at Donaldson’s for the Why Invest in Edinburgh? event, in partnership with Savills.
Attendees heard the latest insights into the UK property market, and in particular Edinburgh’s prime market, from global property agent Savills. One of the most renowned and knowledgeable property research analysts in Scotland, Faisal Choudhry, discusses the past year’s trends and statistics, and offered his thoughts on what the property markets hold for the next five years.
Following Faisal’s presentation was John Forsyth, Director of Town Residential, who focused on the prime Edinburgh market and discussed the benefits of living and investing in this wonderful city. Our Savills experts then opened the floor to answer any questions.
Those that attended this event also had the opportunity to tour The Playfair at Donaldson’s, and were able to view the final homes released at this exclusive residence and saw first-hand City & Country’s meticulous conversion of this Category A listed building.
