Prospective buyers at Factory No.1 broke out their boots and took an exclusive behind the scenes tour of Regents House. It was the perfect opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of the remaining homes in our final conversion block before launching the hotly anticipated Will Houses phase, a collection of 47 new build homes.
Buyers got a first-hand look at the process of turning the site of a nineteenth-century Grade II listed tobacco factory into a collection of stylish one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The homes feature light-field interiors, many original features, fully inclusive specification throughout, allocated parking for selected homes and proximity to the development’s communal courtyard gardens.
Our Dusty Boot events are designed so you can see the work that goes into building your City & Country home, visualise how you could make it your own, and hear from our sales team and development experts to answer any burning questions you may have before purchasing.
Buyers can also take advantage of a 5% deposit contribution if they reserve their new home at the event, making it the perfect opportunity to make a move.
Linzie Howland, Sales Manager at Factory No.1, commented: “We’re excited to host another Dusty Boot Event at Factory No.1 and give prospective buyers a peek behind the curtain at the beautiful homes we’re creating here.
“They have been carefully designed to combine modern amenities with nods to the original character of the factory complex. As a result, the 70 apartments at Regent House are the perfect blend of high-end, urban living and historic charm. We hope this event gave attendees a sense of what we are all about at City & Country.”
