Our community contributions total over £4 million. This contribution is allocated to various initiatives and is aimed at enhancing the quality of life and promoting sustainable growth.

A breakdown of our investment to community enhancement are as follows:

1. Highway Improvements: Manningtree Park is committed to enhancing local highway infrastructure with an investment exceeding £15,000. This allocation will facilitate the creation of new bus stops, access roads, and cycle & pedestrian pathways, thereby improving connectivity and accessibility for everyone.
2. Healthcare Facilities: Recognizing the importance of accessible healthcare services, we are proud to allocate nearly £170,000 towards healthcare facilities in Mistley and Manningtree Parish. This investment will bolster healthcare provisions, ensuring that residents have access to quality medical services within their locality.
3. Affordable Housing: In line with our commitment to housing affordability, Manningtree Park will deliver 73 affordable units, including Shared Ownership options.
4. Community Amenities: At Manningtree Park we are dedicated to creating vibrant spaces that promote community engagement and well-being. Our development will feature a range of amenities, including a naturally designed play park, an off-lead dog walking area, and a paddock for rare-breed sheep. Furthermore, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of The Little Priory Café and Farm Shop. This hub will serve as a focal point for community interaction, on the edges of a brand-new public village green. The farm shop will include local produce, a café, and will also offer working spaces.
