City & Country Interior Designer, Clementine Collins, explained the concept behind the design: “The scheme follows Pantone colour trends for 2026 of sage and burnt oranges. This is complemented with the William Morris theme to create a homely country interior.”

Drawing on the iconic style of William Morris, the interior reflects intricate patterns inspired by flora and fauna, alongside rich colours and a focus on craftsmanship. This approach echoes Morris’ well‑known philosophy: “Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful,” creating a space that is both practical and visually striking.

The King’s Collection comprises three elegant apartment buildings – Imperial House, Sovereign House and Monarch House – offering a range of one, two and three‑bedroom homes.
