We’re proud to once again achieve an outstanding 97% customer recommendation score in 2026, reflecting the consistently high standard of experience we strive to deliver across every City & Country development.

In-House Awards, organised by In-House Research, measure customer satisfaction following the purchase of a new home. Based entirely on verified homeowner feedback, the awards recognise developers that consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

This latest result sees City & Country awarded the In-House Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to quality, care and service at every stage of the homeowner journey.

This score is a strong endorsement from homeowners across our developments, including The 1840 in Wandsworth, Factory No.1 in Bristol, Manningtree Park in Manningtree, alongside Sanderling Reach in West Mersea and Burderop Park in Swindon. It reflects our continued focus on delivering homes to the highest standard, while ensuring a smooth, supportive and enjoyable experience from initial enquiry through to aftercare.

The 1840 was a standout performer, recognised with the Best Development Award. This heritage conversion in Wandsworth achieved an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82.9%, placing it among the top tier for customer satisfaction. NPS is a key benchmark for measuring customer loyalty and likelihood to recommend, making this a strong reflection of the experience delivered on site.

Adding to this, the now sold-out Burderop Park achieved a 100% recommendation rate across the year, further demonstrating the strength and consistency of our customer-first approach.
