Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Hire Yard Assistant to join our busy operation in Hatfield Heath, Essex. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical, outdoor work and being part of a small, supportive team.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and checking plant equipment for hire, maintaining tools and machinery, supporting safe loading/unloading, and ensuring the yard is kept organised, compliant, and safe at all times.
Key Requirements
- Strong work ethic with a positive, reliable attitude
- Ability to carry out physical, outdoor work
- Basic mechanical knowledge or a genuine interest in plant/equipment
- Full UK driving licence
