Management Development Programme
City & Country has developed a Management Development Programme that will enhance leadership capacity, encourage career progression and prepare the future leaders of City & Country for senior management positions. The bespoke programme, focuses on four core modules for development: Understanding Yourself, Performance Management, Understanding the Financials and Effective Team Management. There are then 11 modules which employees can choose from which are applicable and useful in their position.
Associate Director Initiative
The Associate Director Initiative allows key Heads of Department the opportunity to progress, gain recognition within the team and to strengthen the middle management of the business. As part of this initiative a 360º Assessment is undertaken, following which a structured training course is tailor made to develop skill sets and to enhance leadership qualities.
