Share Options - CSOP
This HMRC approved scheme provides an opportunity for key employees and directors to actively participate in ownership of the company through the acquisition of shares.
The Company operates a discretionary Profit & Performance Related Bonus scheme in which you will be offered the opportunity to participate in after your probationary period.
Share Incentive Plan (SIP)
The Company also operates an Inland Revenue Share Incentive Plan (SIP), which after a qualifying period you will be invited to join.
You will be automatically enrolled into the Company Personal Pension Plan after three month’s service.
City & Country operates a discretionary Medical Expenses Scheme in which you will be offered the opportunity to participate at the end of your Probationary Period.
