Having grown up in West Mersea, 56-year-old Katie was drawn back to her hometown for a myriad of reasons, including some exceptional coincidences that she couldn’t ignore. It led us to look into the development, and I discovered that the property on Seaview Avenue which City & Country had bought to gain site access was actually the home I was born in. There was too much connecting us to the development, so we registered our interest.”
