Balls Park, Hertfordshire
A landmark development in a truly magnificent setting of 63 acres of ornate gardens and parkland. Our approach has been to safeguard and improve the setting of the buildings and to ensure that all the principal rooms remain intact and are fully restored. City & Country Group has been granted planning approval for thirty-nine apartments with thirteen in the Mansion, five in the West Wing, nine in the Coach House and twelve in the Stables. Two delightful detached properties (Red Lodge & Lime Cottage) are also being sympathetically restored.

King Edward VII, Midhurst
King Edward VII Hospital is a unique and interesting group of Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings. The site itself lies within the Sussex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) which will, in March 2010 become part of the South Downs National Park. The core area of the site adjacent to the hospital is listed as Grade II in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historical Interest in England.
