King Edward VII Hospital is a unique and interesting group of Grade II and Grade II* Listed buildings. The site itself lies within the Sussex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) which in March 2010 became part of the South Downs National Park. The core area of the site adjacent to the hospital is listed as Grade II in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historical Interest in England.
The landmark Grade II Listed Bristol General Hospital is set to be City & Country's first project in the South West. The site extends to almost three acres with the main building sitting upon the vibrant quayside. A further array of Victorian buildings on the site is either curtilage listed or listed by association.
