Once you have reserved your new City & Country home we:
- Arrange for your property to be valued, free of charge, by three independent estate agents.
- Agree with you the best price at which to market your property
- Arrange production of the property details and photographs
- Manage the marketing of your property, arranging viewings at convenient times and providing you with weekly progress updates
- We can also arrange your new mortgage through our independent financial advisor and we will pay the mortgage valuation fee for you
- Once your property is sold, we will pay a proportion of the estate agent's fees**
