You should have excellent sub-contractor management skills and will be a suitably qualified professional who is confident and able to ensure that building teams are meeting and understanding agreed targets. MATERIAL BUYERResponsibilities for this role include quantifying, investigating and the purchasing of any materials, equipment and services required by the Company at the optimum quality and price to meet operational and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and cost management skills with experience in a similar role in the Construction industry being an advantage. Excellent negotiation skills with a professional and personable telephone manner are essential. FULL/ PART-TIME SALES EXECUTIVESThe successful candidates will have previous direct sales experience (not necessarily within the new homes property sector). Responsibilities will include welcoming customers to various developments, conducting accompanied viewings, negotiating sales and the overseeing of the sales process from exchange to completion. Vacancies are available for both full time and part time positions, all of which will include weekends and Bank Holidays. Candidates must also possess a professional telephone manner, be pro-active, reliable and flexible in their working location. In addition, you will also demonstrate excellent IT and communication skills. |
