As soon as first time buyer Kristy Walton visited The Garden Quarter she knew she had found the perfect place for her new home.

“We bought one of the new build houses on the development because as soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it. “I like that The Garden Quarter is an RAF site that’s been restored, rather than just flattened and rebuilt, and that City & Country kept the original character. They have kept all of the original buildings and there’s a lot of greenery and plants that always look nice and well maintained. Each property is done with the others in mind with similar features like sympathetic colours, selection of doors and the interiors and exteriors. It’s nice that they haven’t tried to take away the original windows and the old doors.”
Kristy particularly liked the amount of outdoor space afforded to each home. She explains:
“There is a lot of space here, unlike with other new build developments, and that space creates privacy and we’re not overlooked. I’d definitely recommend City & Country because I've never seen another new build or refurbished property with such good quality. Whenever we dealt with them everything was always done quickly and efficiently, and they were always there and happy to answer our questions.”
