Described by The Times food critic, Giles Coren, as ‘arguably the finest acre of anything in Europe’, the various garden areas encompass winding spring~fed trout ponds and superb views of the surrounding countryside and hills. The original pub and bar has kept its cosy historic feel, and lays claim to be the oldest UK inn that provides dinner by gaslight.
