The Garden Quarter will offer a selection of beautiful conversion apartments and houses within a delightful parkland setting benefitting from extensive landscaping and many mature trees. The former parade ground, surrounded by Georgian style barracks would have originally provided the residential accommodation for those training for Bomber Command, and will now provide a range of houses and apartments for new residents. The dominance of the parking area is replaced with with a formal green square and landscaping.

The Central Square is an Art-Deco style Institute Building which dominates the centre of the site. The building will be sympathetically restored, and become the architectural highlight of the site, facing a new green square. The building will be carefully converted to provide a range of split level apartments and houses.
