A Seamless Blend of Heritage Features and Contemporary Interior Design
Each home at Balls Park has been cleverly designed to maximise space, natural light and the original features with careful attention paid to every detail of the interior finishes including: lighting, fixtures, fittings and potential furniture positions.
Existing staircases, panelling, doors, windows and radiator covers have all been retained and restored to their original glory. Contemporary interiors have been created by using a palette of neutral coloured materials which blend perfectly with the historic features of the properties at Balls Park. Walls have been prepared and painted with carefully chosen shades from the Dulux Heritage Range to complement with exisitng features such as the fine fireplace surrounds.
Where possible the original flooring has been retained, meticulously restored and brought back to its original beauty and includes fine examples of wooden parquet and oak random width floorboards. New floor coverings such as wool carpets have been chosen to reflect and complement the palette of neutral coloured materials evident eleswhere.
