City & Country has now started the restoration of the landmark Grade II Bristol General Hospital in to a collection of stylish dockside apartments. This will be City & Country’s first major development in the South West.
The site extends to almost three acres with the imposing main hospital building sitting upon the quayside. This structure along with the former lodge and main hospital gates on Guinea Street are Grade II Listed.

City & Country believe that The General with its stunning waterside location close to the centre of the city, will provide a vibrant, cosmopolitan destination in which to live.
The sales suite will be opening in September 2014 and the first show homes will be available to view from February 2015.
