Community Liaison Group
The Community Liaison Group was originally formed and facilitated by the South Downs National Park with the purpose to:
- Provide further effective communication between the various interest groups and the developer
- Provide a forum for discussion of any issues arising from works or actions undertaken by the developer and to help to seek solutions without fettering the actions of any party or the SDNPA as the planning authority in any actions
- Provide information and advice where appropriate to inform South Downs National Park Authority decisions whilst recognising the group has no statutory function or formal powers
