Helen Moore - Residential Managing Director

Helen joined as Residential Managing Director in March 2010 assuming responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and leadership of the team with a focus on the Group’s ambitious growth plans. She has worked for Countryside Properties and Crest Nicholson dedicating her career to the property development industry for over 20 years, with 15 of these years at Board level specialising in sales and marketing , corporate communications and building highly successful teams.

Mark Fowler- Finance Director

Mark is an experienced Finance Director with an extensive 14 years of experience in the construction industry having worked at blue chip housebuilders including David Wilson Homes and St James Homes. Mark heads up the finance team and has day to day responsibility for the financial management of the business whilst playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategy for the future.

Simon Vernon-Harcourt - Design & Planning Director

Simon joined the group in 2007 as Head of Planning and Design. He is a chartered architect with excellent technical knowledge of historic buildings, construction techniques and planning rules. Simon has achieved a series of successful planning consents for challenging projects.

Ray Stradling - Land and Property Director

Ray joined the Group in August 2011 as Land and Property Director. He is a highly knowledgeable professional with over 25 years’ experience in the development industry having worked for Countryside Properties, Barratt Homes, Berkeley Homes, David Wilson Homes and Miller Homes, where his roles included directorships in Commercial, Development and Land & Planning.

Norman Peeroozee - Production Director

Norman joined the Group in November 2010. He is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years experience in the construction industry having worked for Barratt Homes, Michael Shanly Homes and Paul Newman New Homes where his roles included directorships in Construction and Operations.

Dave Walker - Head of Sales & Marketing

Dave joined the company in February 2011 after nine years working for Bidwells where he set up and managed the New Homes team in Norwich. An experienced Sales & Marketing professional, his ability to deliver excellent results will be fundamental to City & Country Group’s ambitious growth plans.
