City & Country Group Continues to Grow Team

Award-winning restoration and conservation expert City & Country Group has appointed Dave Bahra as Construction Director of its residential development and investment business. Dave has assumed responsibility for the programming and delivery of projects, quality control and customer service. Dave is one of a number of new appointments made this year, with City & Country Group recognising the value that fresh new perspectives and complimentary skills will bring to the Group as part of its growth strategy.

With 30 years’ experience in the business, Dave has built an enviable reputation for successful achievement, confident leadership and professionalism. He has worked at Board level for six years and in his previous roles he has taken a proactive and solution driven approach to the delivery of a wide range of complex residential developments.  Dave will work closely with Nick Moore who now leads the Commercial team concentrating on procurement and supply chain opportunities.

Dave’s previous experience as Operations Director at Henley Homes plc and before this, Construction Director at St James Group Ltd, means that he is experienced at driving the logic and processes behind a multitude of residential developments. He started his career with Costain and spent 22 years working within the civil engineering and construction arms of the business.
