Current Vacancies: 

Graduate Trainee Site Manager

You will start your career with us as a graduate Trainee Site Manager, developing your skills in construction site management.  Reporting to the Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • understanding and learning the mechanisms, processes and procedures of the business
  • understanding and learning the technology and management skills in providing the product
  • monitoring and recording all onsite activities
  • having a basic knowledge of the whole construction process at an academic level
  • being the company’s onsite Ambassador

Requirements:

You must have or expect to achieve at least a 2:1 degree.

You must have a strong ability in prioritising activities and managing a busy and demanding role.

 


 

Graduate Technical Coordinator

You will be a bright, enthusiastic, self motivated and ambitious Technical Coordinator or Part 1 Architectural Graduate who is seeking a role that will offer an exciting and demanding opportunity. You will be assisting the Technical Manager, and be given specific tasks within the team working on complex and challenging projects. You will be expected to attend site and work with other internal and external players. The ideal candidate will also be well presented, articulate, possess excellent CAD and communication skills, have a good eye for detail and a practical approach to resolving problems.

 


 

Technical Coordinator

Working in an established Technical department, you will have full responsibility for all technical aspects of your allocated developments. You will manage your developments after planning approval has been achieved through to project completion, as well as providing technical input during the pre-planning approval stage. Operating in a demanding, and performance driven environment, this is a wide ranging hands on role. You will possess the excellent communication skills required to sell the company’s vision for the development and manage and motivate the appointed consultants engaged on the project.

You will have a professional design background gained in an architectural environment and have worked in the construction industry or building consultancy. With excellent computer skills, you will be able to deliver against demanding project targets and timescales.
