At City & Country Group we are committed to being a responsible house builder and take Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously.  We constantly review our business processes and projects to seek positive social, environmental and economic contributions to society. Our approach to CSR falls into two main categories:

Homes & Communities

• Being a good neighbour and engaging with community and other stakeholder groups through consultation, considerate construction and charitable activities
• Using design to create high quality and appealing homes and communities that improve and enhance the local area
• Striving to design homes that are energy efficient as well as reducing the environmental impact of our operations
• Making contributions to the local economies in which we build through regeneration, improved infrastructure and local employment
• Providing the highest levels of customer care and making the home buying process as straightforward as possible

• Ensuring that Health and Safety remains a top priority of our business and taking responsibility for how our business affects the environment
